When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. If you need a product urgently, email us at technicolordarkness@gmail.com when you place your order for expedited service.
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please email technicolordarkness@gmail.com for support. In most cases, we will be happy to send a replacement item if you notify us within 30 days of the order.
Will an item be restocked?
Restock schedules will be announced via social media. The best way to let us know which items you want to see again is to interact with our posts. We want to make sure your favorites are always available!
Most paintings are one-of-a-kind without prints available. If an original painting is sold out and you are interested in a “restock” - please reach out for a recreation.
Do you accept commissions?
Lately I’ve been enjoying creating whatever art comes to my mind, and working against my own deadlines. Commissions are currently closed, but if I ever decide to accept commissions I will announce it on social media.
Do you accept collaborations?
Yes! We’re always open to ways to expand our network. Whether you’re another brand who wants to team up on a fashion or art project, or an influencer who wants to share our products with your following. Don’t be shy, reach out ;)
